How it works
- Open a store for your friends (a name and a PIN, no email) and send them the invite link.
- Rent up to three horror movies each onto the shared shelf: classics, 90s slashers, cult creature features, new releases.
- Pin up a movie night. Everyone gets three pumpkins to vote with. Put them on the tapes you want to see.
- Let the wheel decide. The top five go on the wheel; more pumpkins, bigger slice. Whatever it lands on, you watch.
- Do it 31 times. One horror movie a night, all through October. (And don't turn the lights out.)

What is Tombstone Video?
A free horror movie night planner for friends, dressed up as a haunted 90s video store. Everyone rents up to three horror movies onto a shared shelf, votes with pumpkins on what to watch each night, and a spinning wheel picks the movie. It's built for doing 31 days of horror in October together.
How does the voting work?
Each movie night, everyone gets three pumpkins to put on the tapes they want to see. The top five go on the wheel, with more pumpkins meaning a bigger slice. Mr. Movies spins it, and whatever it lands on is what you're watching. Ties go to a movie nobody in the group has seen yet.
Is it free? Do I need an email?
It's free, with no ads. A membership card is just a name and a PIN: no email, no social login. Make a store, share the invite link with your friends, and start renting.
Can I try it without signing up?
Yes. Choose "Just looking" to walk around the store, pull tapes off the shelves, read the backs of the boxes, and meet the staff. Renting and voting need a card.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Phones get a simpler, fast version of the store. On a computer you can walk around the whole store in 3D, PS1-style, with the lights on or (if you're brave) off.
Where do the movies come from?
Every horror movie on TMDB (The Movie Database), from silent classics to this year's releases, with posters, synopses, and where each one's streaming. The staff have their own picks, too.
